The proposal suggests the completion of the existing town circulation pattern by the development of 135 apartments in buildings of four and five storeys with integral basement car parking for 242 cars. A small shopping arcade with offices above connects the pedestrian circulation with the main public square and a new road connects two existing streets. Advantage is taken of the magnificent views across the valley, the open landscaped square which acts as the focal space of the scheme.
External walls are to be of rendered finish with a continuous local stone plinth together with metal windows and balustrades. Roofs are to be generally tiled using local material.
Collaborating Architect resident in Spain is Arturo Sanz from Valencia.
